:: TRAINEE PROGRAM ALL’s Trainee Program aims at the continuous education and targets to qualify a generation of leaders, developing recently graduated students in their technical and human competencies in a planned and regulated basis. Each year, more and more people are interest in working for ALL. In the 2006 Trainee Program, the company had more than 3 thousand candidates enrolled. The selected ones pass through a training course in which they get to know different areas of the company before starting in their respective area. Since the program’s launching, in 1997, 173 trainees completed the program and currently 78% of the company’s trainees occupy strategic positions.
