:: ALL ON THE TRACK OF EDUCATION Destined to those employees who did not graduate in Elementary and High Schools, this educational program aims to redeem social values and to guarantee the democratization of knowledge. The program was created in 2001, when it received the “Human Being 2001” Award – promoted by the Brazilian Human Resources Association (ABRH) -, and has already graduated 239 workers, an investment of R$ 900 thousand. Compared to 1997, the concession year, the number of ALL’s employees who concluded High School increased by 34%. The “ALL on the Track of Education” program is an example of what is developed in UNIALL.
