Mostly of investments annually made by ALL is focused on technology. Projects are developed mainly with a view to ensuring the safety of employees, community and Company’s equity, besides reinforcing assets management and control. In-house developed products are strongly recognized in the worldwide logistics market, and some of them are traded in the domestic and international markets, through ALL Tecnologia, ALL Group’s technology company.

Translogic
Registry and management system of operations carried out in railway and highway modes. This allows the follow-up of orders opened by customers, as well as to follow-up all the distribution of cargo and vehicles. The system is also responsible for providing all operational indicators, through which, it is possible to constantly assess the performance of company’s areas directly involved in the logistics process.

CBL – Locomotives’ on-board computer
This allows to monitor the speed of trains, checking if all limits have been observed, as well as if circulation authorizations sent by ALL’s Control Center, located in the city of Curitiba, have been met. Hence, it is possible to identify any delay during the course and manage it, so that customer has its cargo delivered within term agreed. This equipment is capable of halting those trains not observing safety standards set forth by the company.

Wheel temperature/ roller bearing detector
This is a wheel temperature and railcar roller bearing case monitoring system. It is installed in certain points of the railway system, in such manner to collect temperature information and send them in real time to the company’s Operational Control Center (CCO). This type of equipment allows an immediate decision-making in the occurrence of deviations in the behavior of material temperature, preventing accidents and maintaining the integrity of rolling stock.

Rail Temperature Detector
This is a rail temperature monitoring system along the railway system. Every 10 minutes, temperature information is collected in strategic points of the line, which is sent to machinists, informing the speed to be used in these locations, observing strict safety rules.

Clarify System
With a view to better serving the customer in need of specialized logistic solutions, ALL implemented the tool CRM - Customer Relationship Management -, named as Clarify. This system enables a better communication and management of processes, integrating all the business areas’ information with call center.

EDI (Eletronic Data Interchange)
The electronic exchange of information with customers is a process highly utilized by ALL. The main objective is to automate tasks not only developed by the company, but also add value to the services offered to customers. By means of this type of communication, it is possible to send quick information to its partners on transportation made and amounts to be settled for services rendered between companies.

GPS (Global Position System)
All ALL’s railway vehicles and mostly highway vehicles are tracked via GPS, which allows full control of the operation. Hence, it is possible to identify in advance anomalies occurred during transportation, which enables not only the improvement of in-house processes, but also a rapid and pro-active feedback to customers about any type of problem caused during the circulation of goods.

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
For control of administrative-financial transactions, ALL uses SAP, an ERP system recognized worldwide. As this is a software broadly used in the market, it is much easier to exchange information between ALL and all its partners.

SOL – Logistic Operation System
SOL was developed by ALL to integrate new technologies to those already used by the company. It combines and complements the technologies Java, Java Script and Oracle (database), and highway and railway "Translogic", tools controlling the activities and processes by modal, such as circulation, train control and commitment with customer. This allows to effectively controlling all volumes transacted, in transit or in stock, besides an efficient management of costs and services and an efficient follow-up of all company’s demands.
